Bicycle Safety Workshop April 30th 12-1pm:
Wells Real Estate and Commute.org are joining together to host a Bicycle Safety Workshop on Monday, April 30th from 12-1pm. The event will be held in the DLA PiperMain Conference Room (102) in the 2000 Building. This is a Lunch N Learn type event…light refreshments & beverages will be served, but you are encouraged to bring your lunch. This workshop will be an interactive presentation by a League of American Bicyclist instructor and will cover such topics as:
- Bicycle safety and traffic laws
- Information on bicycle maintenance
- Route maps
- Local bicycle clubs
- Details on Bike to Work Day (May 10th)
In addition, we will have drawings for giveaways that will include Bike to Work Day T-shirts, helmets and bicycle accessories.
